Big Fat Liar
This fantasy on how a teenager gets his revenge on a mean Hollywood producer when he finds that an essay he wrote as a class assignment is going to be turned into a movie. Muniz along with another TV starlet - Amanda Byrne (of Nickleodeon's "The Amanda Show") set off to L.A. to get the producer (Paul Giamatti) to admit he stole the story. Of course that's not as easy as it sounds, and so the pair must go to great lengths to bring the egomaniacal film executive to his knees. Somes of their tricks are amusing, and some are downright dumb, but Muniz and Byrne are charming and have a great rapport as they tool around Hollywood wreacking havoc. Naturally things do get straightened out in the end, and the message about honesty being the best policy does ultimately emerge.
